Shipping is by Royal Mail First class post within the U.K.,Royal Mail Airmail to everywhere else.Shipping is calculated by zone and weight.
Allow 5 working days for shipping to the U.S.,4 working days to Europe,2 to the U.K."International Signed For"
collects a signature from you at the delivery address and enables us to track the goods within the U.K.
All goods are packaged with the correct customs declarations.We dont label them as "gifts",so theyll be subject to duty if your allowance is exceeded.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of making it,and you also have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods.
You may return anything bought from us to us within that period,as that is the "cooling off" period youre allowed in law.If the item is not faulty,we will refund the item cost,but not the cost of the initial postage,or the cost of returning it to us.
The returned item must be unworn and undamaged.
If the item has a manufacturing fault we will refund the item cost,but not the cost of returning it to us.
If the item is returned for an exchange,we will not charge for posting back to you,but we will not refund the cost of you posting back to us.
We will however make any refunds as soon as we can,on receipt of the returned goods.
